Trainee Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of machinery at customer sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Diagnose technical faults and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Maintain technical expertise in the installation of digital printing machinery, particularly signage machines used in the garments and printing industries.
• Coordinate with the office to ensure the availability and timely replacement of necessary spare parts, maintaining seamless operations.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, including job reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports to the service manager in a timely manner, highlighting key activities and outcomes.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service activities, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
• Be available for service support 24/7, demonstrating commitment to customer service and operational excellence.
