* Key Activities:

*** Apply and promote Arabelle Solutions’ HSE rules.
* Execute commissioning activities as per work procedures, quality plans, and site manager instructions.
* Complete quality documents and update documentation after site updates and experience feedback.
* Support non-compliance (NCR) management, maintenance, and system operation when needed.
* Occasionally supervise support staff.
* Coordinate with the site team and communicate with stakeholders to ensure safe and effective activities.###
** Responsibilities:*** ### Ensure safety and compliance with HSE rules, especially work permit processes.
* Prepare documentation, tools, permits, consumables, and spare parts required for commissioning.
* Perform commissioning, optimization, and testing up to customer acceptance.
* Supervise support staff and validate their time sheets.
* Verify protection systems before startup and preserve equipment integrity.
* Document commissioning results and ensure up-to-date client deliverables.
* Report and support the resolution of non-compliances.
* Share knowledge and contribute to training of operators.###
** Work relationships:
*** Reports operationally to the site manager; hierarchically to the team manager.
* Works with HSE team, commissioning engineers, engineering, and support service
* Communicates with the customer on technical topics.
* Coordinates with partners and subcontractors.###

* Skills & Requirements:

*** Engineering / Master degree or equivalent technical qualification.
* Field experience on industrial sites.
* Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of physics, measurements, and turbine systems.
* Ability to work in multicultural environments; fluent in English and German.###

** EHS & Quality prerequisites
*** Compliance with all EHS, nuclear safety, ethics, and quality requirements.
* Knowledge HSE and quality regulations.
* Awareness of climate impact and energy consumption.
