** Product Lead HMI – e-Bike Systems
*** The HMI is the brain of our bikes, the central hub through which all communication happens  + You will own future developments and bring them from concept into production and into customers hands
* Dream big and innovate new features  + Together with product managers, determine which features will make it into future products and software releases  + Determine the hardware requirements (electronics, mechanics, design) to achieve the vision and coordinate with the relevant teams across the company and with outside suppliers to bring it to live
* Together with your teammates, develop the future architecture both on a hardware and software level
* Lead concepts of new firmware features either by coding yourself of by finding the necessary resources to get it done
* Transition this code into production by working with suppliers (mostly Asia) and possibly outside resources
* Manage release plans and communicate effectively to other teams that rely on your deliverables  + Collaborate with project management to ensure critical milestones are met
* Adopt a big picture view and connect the dots on dependencies  + collaborate with the back end, connectivity, quality and bike development teams to ensure an excellent user experience across our toolchain (phone, dealer and factory apps) and on time delivery
* Support the hardware supplier’s needs for end of line testing and production critical features
* Collaborate with the quality team to ensure function before launch and assist with root cause analysis of field issues
* Work with customer service to communicate the latest changes and release histories
