**** The opportunity

You’ll have the opportunity to improve existing manufacturing processes and lead innovative development projects, with a particular focus on automated chip assembly and soldering.
** How you’ll make an impact
*** Improve the capability of chip attach processes through the application of statistical methods and design of experiments
* Analyse production data to enhance process performance, identify long-term trends, and support the prevention of potential failures
* Lead the optimization of automated production systems to improve manufacturing capacity, stability, and quality
* Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities to sustain and improve production throughput
* Contribute to new product development by shaping production processes and supporting the successful transition to volume manufacturing
** Your background
*** A master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or a related field
* Several years of experience in an automated production environment
* Solid machine-vision and automated inspection skills, as well as experience in Pick and Place processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach
* Familiarity with DoE, data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and production statistics is a plus
* Proficiency in both German and English
