- Coordination and processing of technical faults in the control centre
- Close cooperation with the operational control centre to ensure smooth plant operation
- Forwarding and specifying fault reports to technicians for rapid rectification
- Supporting the implementation of new tools and processes
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification
- Experience in dealing with visualisation systems, ideally in the logistics industry
- Flexibility with regard to 3-shift work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office and very good knowledge of German
