• Coordination and processing of technical faults in the control centre
• Close cooperation with the operational control centre to ensure smooth plant operation
• Forwarding and specifying fault reports to technicians for rapid rectification
• Supporting the implementation of new tools and processes

• Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification
• Experience in dealing with visualisation systems, ideally in the logistics industry
• Flexibility with regard to 3-shift work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office and very good knowledge of German
