- Responsibility for the maintenance, coordination and execution of repairs and servicing of operating equipment (including industrial trucks, lifting platforms, ladders, scales, shelving systems)
- Testing, recording and maintenance of all test equipment including calibration of field measuring devices/weighing systems and organisation of annual calibrations in collaboration with suppliers and cantonal calibration officers
- Audit responsibility and representation on the technical committee for test equipment
- Creation and maintenance of service and maintenance plans in SAP
- Coordination of maintenance planning with internal and external bodies
- Organisation and management of lubrication plans
- Optimisation and further development of the maintenance philosophy to increase equipment availability
- Management of operating resources in SAP (equipment, orders)
- Support with master data maintenance and maintenance planning for the plant
- Completed basic technical training with sound technical knowledge and practical experience in the field of maintenance and servicing
- Experience in the support, maintenance and optimisation of technical installations and systems
- Strong communication skills with a confident demeanour during audits
- Assertiveness, solution‑orientated approach and high resilience
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and proactive way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
