A growing mechanical contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support large-scale projects throughout Northern Indiana, including the La Porte, Hobart, and Elkhart areas. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex mechanical construction projects across industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial, and mission‑critical environments while working with a company that continues to expand throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities- Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Procure materials and coordinate project logistics
- Monitor labor productivity, project progress, and safety compliance
- Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedule commitments
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction
- Experience managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, sheet metal, or MEP projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and project financials
- Experience with commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, or mission‑critical projects preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
- Understanding of construction contracts

- Base salary up to $160,000+ depending on experience
