- Organisation und Koordination des täglichen OP Betriebs
- Verantwortung für Materialbewirtschaftung und Bestellungen
- Koordination von Leihmaterialien
- Sicherstellung der Material und Instrumentenverfügbarkeit
- Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf und externen Partnern
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Standards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der zweiten Teamleitung und der Leitung Operationspflege
- Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Weiterbildung Operationspflege oder Dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im OP
- Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Organisationstalent und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sozial und Kommunikationskompetenz
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
