Energy Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Identify, measure and monitor progress of the relevant KPIs in line with SQCDME principle.
• Implement, maintain and improve Quality Master Plan for factory.
• Actively contribute and lead H&S in respective department.
• Energy Specialist for Define & Implement energy projects Feasibility.
• Drive the Energy Management Programs like Green Weekend & Energy days.
• Undertaking and completion of energy projects.
• Invoice Management:
  Responsible for managing, reconciling the invoicing of the Utilities.
• Understanding of the Energy Requirements, Data Management & Monitoring part with Utility Team.
• Internal and external communication with relevant Stakeholders on Energy Management Systems.
• Drive at least two projects independently in which conceptualization, planning, Budgeting, Execution, Capitalization & Financial Bookings needs to be complete.
• Management of day to day energy management systems along with the internal stakeholders to improve the energy management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Certification as an Energy Manager.

• 4-7 years of experience preferably in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Technical Knowledge of Utilities management and Sustainability topics.
• Having expertise on Energy Audits & Energy Management System.
