This Construction Management position requires field experience and on-site supervisory responsibility for overseeing the construction of transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience on INDOT/LPA projects and be Site Manager certified. This position is available for our Hammond, Indiana office.

Projects may include roadway reconstruction or rehabilitation, intersection improvements, roundabouts, storm sewers, culverts, traffic signals, sidewalks and ADA ramps, multi-use trails, or utility coordination. This position is available for both our Indianapolis and Hammond, Indiana offices.

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer in Indiana
• 8+ years of Road Design experience
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
• Familiar with INDOT, LPA and AASHTO Standards and Procedures
• Ability to manage team of in-house designers and sub-consultants, as well as oversee multiple project schedules, budgets, and perform quality control.
• We will also consider a current Project Engineer with the desire and skills to become a Project Manager.
