Job Description & How to Apply Below

Key Responsibilities

As the core technical support node in the US market, you will bridge the "purchasing decision + engineering validation" loop for our clients. On the front end, you will partner with the sales team to deliver technical solutions and drive sample testing to accelerate project conversion. On the back end, you will manage after-sales technical support, resolve field issues, and empower our channel partners.

Your mission is to minimize local technical risks, boost client stickiness, and provide solid technical backing for our US market revenue goals.

Location

Location: US-Based (Preference for candidates residing in key RV industry hubs such as Indiana, Texas, or California)

1. Pre-Sales Technical Support (Core Focus)
  • Partner with the sales team for client visits and technical reception at major industry exhibitions (e.g., SEMA, US RV shows).
  • Engage directly with clients' engineering and procurement teams to accurately identify power system requirements.
  • Design and propose tailored technical solutions (Lithium batteries, Inverters, Vehicle Power Distribution Systems) for RV OEMs and dealer channels, addressing professional inquiries regarding product specs, certifications, and compatibility.
  • Lead customer sample testing: define test plans, track progress, and coordinate with the R&D team to resolve issues, pushing successful tests into the commercial negotiation stage.
2. Project Management & Execution
  • Manage the full technical lifecycle of prospective projects, iterating on solutions and parameters with the client's engineering team, including small-batch trial installations.
  • Coordinate with internal product and supply chain teams to communicate customized client requirements and ensure technical consistency in order delivery.
  • Assist in negotiating technical contract terms and signing technical agreements to mitigate partnership risks.
  • Ensure the closure of after-sales technical issues for US clients, including fault diagnosis, on‑site repair guidance, and technical response to customer complaints (Target: on‑site within 48 hours for critical issues).
  • Build and maintain a local fault database, distill common solutions, and provide feedback to the R&D and product teams for product optimization.
  • Handle technical assessments for returns, claims, and warranties to control after-sales costs and reduce brand/compliance risks.
  • Conduct offline training for partner dealers and conversion shops on product installation, debugging, and troubleshooting; develop standardized training materials.
  • Create localized product manuals, installation guides, and technical FAQs tailored to US market usage habits.
  • Support the sales team with channel sampling and technical presentations to boost partner engagement.
  • Regularly collect data on US RV power system trends, competitor technical specs, and channel policies to generate monthly market technical analysis reports.
  • Liaise on US industry standards and certification requirements (UL/ETL, RVIA), syncing with the domestic team to optimize product compliance.
Required Qualifications
  • Identity & Language: US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). Native‑level American English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, New Energy, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the RV industry focusing on vehicle electrical systems (Lithium batteries, inverters, power distribution). Familiarity with RV OEM/modification rules and US standards.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven experience in technical client‑facing roles and field services, capable of independently managing relationships with OEM engineering teams and dealer technical leads.
  • Mobility: Valid US Driver’s License. Must be willing and able to travel extensively across the US (approx. 2‑3 weeks per month) to visit clients in key RV industry hubs.
  • Professionalism: Strong understanding of US business compliance and a clean professional track record.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
  • Experience working with competitors or similar brands in the RV energy storage space (e.g., Dometic, TBB, Eco Flow, LiTime).
  • A genuine RV enthusiast who deeply understands the pain points of end‑users and conversion shops.
  • Basic Chinese reading/writing skills (a plus for communicating with our HQ team).
  • Existing network within the RVIA (Recreation Vehicle Industry Association) or broader US RV industry circles.
  • Prior experience conducting dealer training or speaking at trade shows.
