Support completion of R&D Service Requests (RDSR) through preparation & testing of polymer samples, data collection and reporting.

• Assist in sample preparation, testing, and data recording
• Set up, operate, and maintain lab equipment
• Conduct thermal, electrical, mechanical, and chemical analysis
• Follow SOPs, ISO procedures, and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain records of observations, process conditions, and test results
• Manage lab inventory, packaging, labeling, and shipment of materials
• Support failure analysis, product development, and process improvements
• Follow EHS and 5S practices; suggest improvements

Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Polymer/Materials/Chemistry

0–2 years lab experience (internships acceptable)

Basic knowledge of polymer testing and lab practices

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Basic analytical and problem-solving ability

Good teamwork and communication

Strong safety and quality focus
