Role:
Sr. Electrical Project Engineer - Lebanon, IN Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to serve as the Owner's Representative for a large-scale greenfield pharmaceutical/API manufacturing facility. This is a project leadership and execution role, not a design position.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage electrical/E&I project scope from the owner's side.
- Lead and mentor junior project engineers.
- Manage EPCM partners, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee HV power distribution, lighting, controls, and automation scope.
- Track schedule, budget, risks, and project progress.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Automation, Utilities, and C&Q teams.
- Support construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
- Report status and issues to program leadership.
- 10-15+ years of electrical project engineering/project management experience.
- Owner's representative experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP, or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical/E&I systems and commissioning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 30 required or ability to obtain before start.
