As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a Full-Time Opto-Mechanical Engineer to support our product development, strengthen customer support capabilities, and contribute to global growth.

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Opto-Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of opto-mechanical systems, working across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.

• Conceptualize, design, and develop opto-mechanical systems and assemblies that meet system, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Prepare and review fabrication, assembly, and layout drawings using CAD tools.
• Lead the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes and pre-production systems.
• Define and prepare technical specifications, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
• Manage project deliverables including schedules, budgets, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with optics, electronics, laser, software, and production teams for complete system integration.
• Support sales and applications teams by providing technical input for customer proposals.
• Continuously review and improve design guidelines, engineering workflows, and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as required to support product and business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Optics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical or opto-mechanical design (experience in automation or optical equipment preferred).
• Strong foundation in high-precision, high-stability mechanical design, including thermal and vibration considerations.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools, preferably Solid Works.
• Familiarity with optical alignment techniques and optical-mechanical interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with optical assembly and integration is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred for cross-team and supplier coordination.
• Willingness to travel overseas for short assignments (e.g., customer discussions, installations, training).
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation.
