We are currently working with an exciting critical minerals company in Indiana that are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Process Engineer to focus on taking there pilot operations to full scale production. The ideal person would thrive in an extremely fast paced environment and come in with prior pilot operation experience in rare earths.

Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of process engineering or manufacturing exp. in critical minerals or related field

- B.S. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
