Engineer III

Pro Sync is seeking a passionate Engineer III to support U.S. Navy programs and provide engineering support to a U.S. Navy customer, assisting with system development, analysis, documentation, and testing. This role supports technical teams working on modernization and sustainment activities across naval mission areas.

The Engineer III provides mid‑level engineering support to a U.S. Navy customer, executing systems engineering, lifecycle support, and technical analysis.

• Conduct detailed engineering assessments and analysis.
• Support development of engineering plans, specifications, and training materials.
• Assist with test preparation, execution, and data review.
• Participate in engineering reviews and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
