Job Accountabilities

• Ensure the Completeness and Accuracy of HSSE Critical Documentations for POD
• Work closely with Operations staff (Onshore & Offshore) and discipline owners to ensure all Tier 1 HSSE critical documents and drawings are up-to-date and available to operations staff
• Ensure critical drawings (P&, Cause & Effect, Trip & Alarms and PFDs) amongst others are properly updated before a Management of Change can ‘go-live’
• Liaise with Technical Authorities and Discipline Engineers for correctness before changes to Critical documentation are approved
• Ensure that all hard copies of selected HSSE critical documents & drawings are available in the control rooms and are kept up-to-date
• Provide KPIs and report regularly on the status of the HSSE critical documents and drawings
• Provide Data Management (Engineering Data) Support for POD
• Ensure the Engineering data warehouse is updated after the completion of an eMOC/PCN process or after the update of a critical document
• Manage the As-Built data set in the Engineering Data Warehouse by ensuring the engineering tag properties are up-to-date at all times
• Manage the tag-to-tag and tag-to-document relationships for all critical tags Maintain the integrity of data received through plant change projects or Management of Change activities
• Provide Engineering Data Warehouse support to POD staff in the field
• Provide Support for Technical and Business Process Documentation for POD
• Provide support to Operations, Engineering and Maintenance Team on Technical Document Management and Production CMS Business Process documentation

• Ensure that Metrology certifications are synchronized between the three systems and in compliance with RoK rules
• Liaise with Engineering Service Contractors (ESC) and Suppliers to ensure documentation complies with Company rules and are properly linked to Operational documents and drawings
• Support the handover of documents and drawings from Development Directorate projects to POD
• Information & Data Process Maturation
• Participate in the update of the HSSE Critical documentation management procedure
• Conduct regular assurance review of the HSSE Critical document management & Data Management processes and provide input for process improvements
• Provide trainings on the data & document management processes to field staff
• Exploit the EDMS & EDW systems to ensure full utilisation of its functionalities for POD staff and contractors
• Support the identification and implementation of business process improvement initiatives aligned to POD strategies and goals
• Act as liaison with POD business users to embed Technical Information Management practices and processes in POD
• Work within the agreed Company IM framework, Document & Records Management and Data Management process frameworks.

• University degree / diploma in Engineering, Oil & Gas, Computer science or Applied science

• At least 3 years’ experience in an Engineering function (design office, drafting) or Production Operations in oil and gas or Petrochemical Industry.
• Or At least 3 years providing Technical document management support for Geoscience, Engineering or Production Operations in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing Industry.
