Site Supervisor – Solar Power Systems

Techwin Limited is an engineering technology company that engages in manufacturing of stainless-steel equipment, supply and installation of solar power systems. Our extensive range of products and solutions are used in the dairy, beverage, hospitality, healthcare, water, energy, refrigeration, industrial and construction sectors. We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Solar Power Systems to join our Projects Department.

• Proper planning and scheduling of all installations.
• Provide onsite and offsite supervision and coordination of junior technicians and casual laborers.
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments and post-installation inspections.
• Install, configure and commission solar water heating, lighting and pumping systems.
• Perform electrical and mechanical integration of solar components.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair faulty systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry and electrical codes.
• Adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during installation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve on-site concerns professionally.
• Proper record management for all Solar Power Systems projects.

• Degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
• EPRA T3 certification & valid driving license will be an added advantage.
• Experience in MS Office and Project Management softwares.
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
