- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programs, look‑ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
- Track and monitor progress of marine civil works such as quay walls, jetties, and pile foundations.
- Analyze critical paths, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare delay analysis and EOT claims as per contract requirements.
- Coordinate with site execution, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Attend project review meetings with Qatar Energy and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy project planning and reporting procedures.
- Provide regular updates to project management and client representatives.
- Must have hands‑on experience in Qatar Energy projects or similar oil & gas marine area

- 5–7 years of planning experience in marine civil construction projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences, resource planning, and cost loading.
- Knowledge of Qatar local construction regulations and marine working conditions.
