• Demonstrating outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “Red Carpet Service” program guidelines
• Resolving guest and/or Cast Member issues the absence of the Casino Service Supervisor
• Monitor incoming ACD phone calls to ensure quality guest service.
• Maintaining and monitoring special events and reservation requests.
• Maintaining data in computer system for analysis and track patron response to invitations
• Keeping designated work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies
• Assisting with inventory maintainance of departmental inventory
• Attending departmental and company meetings, as required

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English
• Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:
