Greet and direct guests while performing assigned tasks (ticket scanning, directing guests to seats, providing directions);
Provide guests with accurate event and venue information;
Identify and respond to emergencies according to emergency protocols; involve supervisor/manager as needed;
Proactively address guest issues or complaints and creatively resolve them with supervisor/manager involvement;
Work outside in all weather conditions and maintain flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
