- Oversee creative, logistical, vendor, venue, and stakeholder coordination.

- Manage event teams, resources, and external partners.
- Maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure QHSE, security, health, and safety compliance.

- Ensure QHSE, security, health, and safety compliance.
- 5 years' experience in event planning/staging.
- Experience managing and developing various types of events.
- Experience with obtaining events sponsorship.
- Good communication and excellent English writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation).
- Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks.
- Strong administrative skills and background.
- Business relationship building skills.
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to details and keep to deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of event sponsor ships, communications, public relations, marketing processes.
- Valid QID is required.
