Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Commercial and Business Banking Manager, located in Elkhart County, IN. The role involves leading a team of commercial and business banking professionals, driving business growth, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of commercial and business accounts, analyzing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing strategic business plans, and working collaboratively with internal teams to address client financial needs.

The manager will also oversee loan approvals and participate in community engagement activities to foster business opportunities and represent the bank effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Commercial Lending, Business Banking, and Portfolio Management
  • Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Loan Structuring, and Risk Assessment
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development
  • Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and banking industry standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector or a similar role is highly desirable
