LSS Project Services is looking for a Crypto Derivatives Trader to trade cryptocurrency derivatives across major global exchanges. This role is designed for experienced traders with deep understanding of leverage, funding, liquidation mechanics and risk control in highly volatile markets.
This is a performance-driven trading role with direct PnL responsibility. It is not a research, signals or execution-only position.
Responsibilities- Trade crypto derivatives including perpetuals and futures
- Manage leverage, margin and liquidation risk
- Monitor funding rates, open interest and positioning
- Execute trades with attention to liquidity and execution quality
- Actively manage positions during high volatility and market stress
- Apply strict risk management and drawdown limits
- Track PnL, funding impact and risk metrics
- Adjust trading strategies based on market regime changes
- Maintain detailed trade and performance records
- Proven experience trading crypto derivatives in live markets
- Strong understanding of perpetual contracts, funding rates and leverage
- Experience managing margin and liquidation risk
- Deep knowledge of crypto market structure and volatility
- Ability to operate under pressure in fast-moving conditions
- Experience with major centralized exchanges
- Hands-on experience with crypto wallets and exchanges
- Professional fluency in English
- Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate
- This role is not suitable for candidates with purely traditional banking or brokerage backgrounds
- Direct derivatives trading experience in crypto is mandatory
Base Salary:
230,000–310,000 USD per year
Performance Bonus:
PnL-based, uncapped
- Token / Equity Allocation:
Optional, depending on long-term alignment
