- Coordination and management of due diligence processes in the context of fundraising for private equity real estate products
- Central interface function with international sales units and external sales partners; independent processing and response to investor inquiries
- Independent creation, planning, and preparation of fundraising materials in cooperation with product managers
- Analysis and structured preparation of market, competition, and transaction data to support informed investment and sales decisions
- Assistance in the creation of financial models and business plans, as well as the performance of (Excel) calculations and the evaluation of sophisticated real estate investments
- Monitoring of market activities in cooperation with the sales units and the opportunity to participate in investor discussions
- Independent creation, planning, and preparation of presentations and decision documents for internal committees and external investors
- Successfully completed (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably in economics with a focus on finance (e.g., business administration, real estate, finance & banking)
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in asset management, investment consulting, investment banking, or investment management, ideally with a focus on private markets (e.g., private equity)
- Very good skills in independently creating presentations and decision-making documents for internal and external stakeholders, as well as for management
- In-depth experience in creating complex financial models and confident use of common analysis and valuation tools
- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and clear focus on results
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English
- High resilience, flexibility, and organizational skills in planning, coordination, and time management
