Performance & Risk Reporting Analyst

You will be part of the Middle Office Operations team providing performance calculation, attribution analysis and risk reporting for our clients in the region (APAC/EMEA/NAM). As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the data quality and integrity that is used for return calculations and accurate and timely delivery of assigned performance reports which would include accounts and benchmark performance, attribution, risk reporting and composite reporting.

You will also work closely with the Oversight counterparts to establish global operating models and processes.

• Manage the assigned deliverables as per the agreed SLA.
• Produce, review and validate portfolio account performance calculations and performance reports associated with accounts, composites and managers.
• Understand performance and risk statistic calculation, calculate manually and justify to stakeholders.
• Create customized reporting based on client requirements; maintain, produce and review client composites according to SLAs and GIPS standards.
• Participate in department projects and other team activities and ensure completion, as well as assist new clients with onboarding and implementation processes.
• Review, update and implement new processes and procedures as required to enhance operational controls.
• Interface with performance and index vendors.
• Resolve data issues using accounting systems and understand the flow between accounting and performance systems.

Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Pursuing/completed CIPM (Preference – not mandatory).

• 3+ years of experience in performance measurement operations or experience with account/security level performance in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity/understanding of segment, security and attribution performance and risk statistics.
• Familiarity/understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
• Experience with performance systems – Stat Pro, Fact Set (Preferred).
