Midland States Bank is seeking a Universal Banker Trainee who will deliver excellent customer experiences. You will place customers in the right product mix through needs-based questioning and meet performance goals set by the Banking Center Manager.
The role includes cash handling, deposits, and product knowledge to grow customer relationships. The position starts with a base pay of 19.50–23.00 per hour, with eligibility for incentives as part of our Total Rewards program.
