Your RoleFrom Day One, You’ll Be An Important Member Of Our Lean, Senior Team And Work On Real Transactions. You Will
- Prepare transaction materials: assist with teasers, information memoranda, and investor presentations for top‑tier investors and CEOs.
- Financial modeling & valuation: co‑build financial models and support valuation using DCF and trading/transaction comps.
- Deep market research: deliver thorough market and competitive analyses that underpin our strategy work.
- Support strategy & fundraising engagements: contribute to the research and analytics behind corporate strategy and fundraising tasks.
- Support the deal process: support us across deal phases—from due diligence and data gathering to preparing materials for negotiations.
- Help build the firm: contribute to internal projects—from improving operations to sharpening our marketing. Everyone on the team helps the firm grow.
- University student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, or a technical field.
- Work experience:
ideally you already have some relevant work experience or an internship. - Financial basics: you understand financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and the fundamentals of valuation.
- Excel & PowerPoint: comfortable working with data and building clear, well‑structured presentations.
- Analytical horsepower: you can dissect data, see relationships between numbers, and translate them into insights with real impact.
- Drive & ownership: you’re proactive, think ahead, and take responsibility for your work. You see what needs to be done—and do it.
- Attention to detail is non‑negotiable in our work.
- Languages:
full professional proficiency in English and Czech/Slovak (written and spoken).
- An exceptionally steep learning curve. You’ll learn more with us in six months than in two years elsewhere.

- Flexibility: part‑time 12‑30 hours/week alongside your studies, or full‑time for graduates by agreement. A successful internship can lead to a full‑time offer.
