In Home Caregiver - Sonoma

Pay Range: $21.50- $29.50 per hour for hourly shifts

Job Type:Per Diem, Part Time & Full Time available

Schedule:

4 hour, 8 hour, & 12 hour shifts available (we will work with your schedule!)

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months experience providing non-medical in home caregiving services, Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States, and Basic English proficiency is required.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
• Frequently required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Frequently required to push and pull 0 to 150+ pounds
• Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to be cooperative in fulfilling role obligations
• Ability to work independently, as well as function as a member of a Health Care Team
• Good observational skills and sound judgment
