Key responsibilities:

• Compliance to safety and environment related SOP.
• Planning and ensuring availability of safety equipment’s and issuance of the same.
• Periodical examination of safety installations.
• Liaisoning with Government authorities.
• Training on safety, first aid and First Aid Center management.
• To ensure availability and compliance to MSDS at respective location.
• Preparation and review of SOP and safety documents.
• Reporting and investigation of accident / incidences.
• Compliance to statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. (Chemistry).
• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in Safety management, in an API manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing maintenance teams, with a focus on mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices for API manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and Maintenance & project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
