Key responsibilities: as Site EHS Lead

• EHS compliance at plant.
• Maintain safe & pollution free environment within the plant.
• To build up the EHS Culture inside the plant by organizing EHS awareness programs.
• Implement EHS promotional activities at plant
• To make the workplace free from hazard and maintain the plant with acceptable risk.
• To establish EHS Global culture at site.
• Educate, train & motivate the employees and contractors to conduct their activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• To establish & sustain EHS Management system at plant.
• To comply EHS legal and other requirements applicable the site.
• To create and maintain green belt inside plant premises.
• To supervise all EHS related activities in plant.
• Ensuring safe working environment at the site.
• Implementation and sustaining of EHS Management System (ISO
  45001:2018 & ISO
  14001:2015) at site.
• Adherence to maintenance of loss prevention equipment as per site specific (Fire Hydrant system, Fire Alarm system, & PA system, Fire extinguishers, safety shower and eye wash, emergency lights)
• Preparation and implementation of emergency response procedure for the emergency prone scenarios applicable to site.
• Closure of action items under EHS responsibility.
• Conduct monthly EHS review meeting is conducted with Site Leadership team, Contractor Safety, emergency response team and Plant EHS committee meeting (as per regulatory requirement)
• Promoting Safe Behavioral Change by improving the awareness and capability of people
• To develop EHS CAPEX budget for the site and track them for complete.

Educational Qualification M.Sc./B.Tech/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety

Experience Tenure : 15+ years
