Primary responsibilities for a Manager include:
- Provide oversight and supervision to team leaders for adult case management, ACT, and AOT teams.
- Build and maintain a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, monitoring team productivity, clinical documentation, departmental budgets, and other supervisory duties as assigned
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with multi-departmental leaders to share organizational and team updates
- Maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
- Provide direct care to clients as needed
- Provide routine monitoring of case management service delivery for quality assurance and client satisfaction
- Evening hours are expected 1x/month

- Bachelor’s degree in social / human services field required.
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A highly recommended.
- 2 years clinical and leadership experience preferred.
- Must provide diploma and official transcripts
