We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Full Time Support Staff Technician to join our team at our Ossian office. In this front-desk role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Meridian—supporting daily operations, assisting patients, and keeping our clinic running smoothly. This position works Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Travel, up to 30% may be necessary for training and coverage in other locations.

What You’ll Do as a Support Staff Technician
  • Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public
  • Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages
  • Collect co-pays and process payments
  • Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex)
  • Check in patients in Next Gen
  • Answer executive phone as needed
What You Bring as a Support Staff Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
  • Strong computer and data‑entry skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a patient-centered mindset
