Licensed Clinical Social Worker - IRMC Physician Group

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting.

Experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role you will be:

* Assess patients' mental health concerns

* Create treatment plans

* Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families

* Conduct crisis interventions

* Maintain patient records via Electronic Health Record

* Refer patients to other mental health providers

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

* A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program

* Active and valid LCSW or LPC license in the state of employment

* At least 2 years clinical experience preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

* BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire.
