- Coordinate authorizations with Autism Services Navigators and Utilization Management, addressing inquiries from associates and providers
- Answer inbound calls on the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration, educating beneficiaries and providers about the program
- Utilize available resources to gather necessary information for completing referrals
- Manage high volumes of work while adhering to deadlines in customer service or referral management
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
- Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or referral management
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the healthcare/medical or health insurance field
- Experience with medical terminology and/or UM/Coding
- Military healthcare service experience or knowledge of the TRICARE entitlement program
- Bachelor’s degree
