SPA Receptionist

· You are passionate about fulfilling the wishes of our international and discerning guests

· You are jointly responsible for the smooth running and coordination of our SPA therapists

· You are responsible for counselling, reservations and invoicing of SPA treatments and the sale of our products

· You have completed vocational training in the SPA sector and have several years of professional experience in a similar position in the 5-star hotel industry

· You are a bright, well-groomed person who loves the contact with our guests

· You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail- and guest-orientated

· You enjoy working in a team

· You have a well-groomed appearance and perfect manners

· You have very good oral language skills in English, French and German, other languages are welcome
