What you will bring 🤝- At least 5 years of experience in IT recruiting
- University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong experience in active sourcing, especially with Linked In Recruiter and similar tools
- Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
- Experience in international recruiting is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland
- Structured, proactive, and independent working style
- Manage the full recruitment process for IT roles, from briefing to offer
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders in an international environment
- Actively source IT talent in the German-speaking region (DACH) using Linked In Recruiter and other tools
- Conduct interviews in German and English
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and sourcing strategies
We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.
Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
