Job Description

As a pivotal member of our HR Technology team, you will lead the Production System support and implementation of innovative HR solutions on the Success Factors platform, transforming HR processes and enhancing the employee experience across multiple countries. Your role will encompass deep collaboration with the country HR teams and Centers of Excellence to meticulously analyze requirements and craft efficient, scalable processes aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with country leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to analyze and redesign existing HR processes and workflows for continuous improvement within the Success Factors environment.
  • Plan and facilitate solution design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging market benchmarking and industry standards to identify optimal HR technology solutions.
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses comparing current ('As-Is') versus future ('To-Be') processes; develop robust business cases to support leadership decision-making.
  • Define and implement comprehensive project governance frameworks for cross-country teams, guaranteeing adherence to agreed requirements and quality standards.
  • Oversee ongoing system administration and business support functions, coordinating proactively with technology providers, implementation partners, and internal teams to promptly resolve issues and maintain system integrity.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, IT, and internal stakeholders to integrate HR systems with broader technology platforms, enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Work alongside functional teams to standardize data management practices, identify critical data elements, and create comprehensive data templates to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders across the enterprise.

Work Experience

Candidates bringing substantial experience leading end-to-end implementations of HCM projects on the Success Factors platform will excel in this role. Prior involvement in Core HR, Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management and Leave & Attendance modules is highly valued.

Demonstrated capability as a project lead, module lead, or project manager within HR technology transformation projects, particularly in environments requiring navigation of complex ambiguous stakeholder landscapes, will be crucial.

An in‑depth understanding of HR functional requirements and the skill to translate these into efficient, industry‑aligned processes is essential. Experience keeping pace with emerging trends and innovations in HR technology will enhance your contribution and leadership in this position.
