In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen sowie die Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten in der Windows Active Directory. Sie sorgen für die stabile IT-Infrastruktur, analysieren Störungen und unterstützen bei der Softwarebereitstellung. Voraussetzung sind eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Helpdesk.
Begeisterung für Digitalisierung wird erwartet.
