Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

We help clients identify and manage the interplay between upside and downside risk to support long-term decisions that align with future business strategy and objectives. The 3 key fields of play are:

• Enterprise Risk – identify and address key risk areas; focus on Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controls.
• Technology Risk – protect business performance; provide trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders.
• Financial Services Risk – identify, manage and monitor risks in the financial sector through processes, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting, business requirements for software, assets and liabilities, and capital/liquidity management.

• Technical Excellence
• Job Summary – Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion: define goals, manage resources, track timelines, ensure quality, and deliver on time, within scope and on budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable successful outcomes.
• Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans (scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines); coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors; ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Team Leadership & Coordination – Lead and motivate project teams; assign tasks; conduct regular meetings to discuss progress and issues; ensure alignment with goals.
• Budget & Resource Management – Prepare and manage budgets; monitor expenditures; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards; conduct reviews and post-mortems for future improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication – Serve as main contact for stakeholders; provide updates and address concerns; prepare and deliver regular reports and status updates to senior management.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify and manage risks/issues; ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience – Minimum 15 years leading projects; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Skills – Strong leadership, organizational, communication (written and verbal), multitasking, problem-solving; knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications – Familiarity with Project Online, SharePoint, Power Platform; experience managing cross-functional teams in global/remote environments.
