As a member of the Cloud Operations team, you will support the ongoing operational activities (Deployment, Automation, monitoring) for our cloud hosted solutions and be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Open Search solutions.

• As a member of the Cloud Operations (Dev Ops) team, you will support and coordinate the ongoing operational activities (Open search, Kafka, Deployments, monitoring, reporting) for our Public cloud hosted solutions.
• Day to day responsibilities will include ensuring that our solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and performing well.
• This role will be focused on operational excellence and will work to continuously improve the overall customer solution experience.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations / Dev Ops projects.
• You are a skilled Open Search or Elastic Search Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Open Search solutions.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure the effective use of Open Search for data indexing, search, and analytics.
• Deploy and manage various components on Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and manage data pipelines using Logstash for data ingestion and processing.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Open Search issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Manage and maintain Open Search clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
• You have extensive experience working with container technologies, deployment and orchestration (Docker,
  Kubernetes, Helm charts
  ).
• You are skilled in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment of infrastructure as code in AWS using Terraform/AgroCD.
• You have a solid understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EKS, VPC, NLB/ELB/ALB, IAM, KMS, EC2 or OCI cloud.
• You have experience supporting large scale commercial or government production cloud environments.
• Your networking experience includes OSI network layers, HTTP and TCP/IP.
• Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational and security procedures and processes (Patching, Product Updates etc.).
• Strong knowledge of technology and security topics including network and application security, infrastructure hardening.
