Seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Developer to support ERP customization, process improvement, and cross‑functional technology initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role combines technical development with project support to enhance workflows, data visibility, and overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities Epicor Development & Support- Lead ERP process improvements and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Develop customizations using C#, SQL, BPMs, BAQs, and Application Studio.
- Manage integrations using REST services.
- Support MES and Quality‑related customizations.
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain permissions, provide training, and improve user adoption.
- Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist with discovery, prototyping, testing, and Agile sprint activities.
- Build scalable solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Create and maintain SQL dashboards, SSRS reports, and Power BI visualizations.
- Analyze and verify system data to support decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience in manufacturing.
- Strong skills in C#, SQL, BPMs, Application Studio, and REST APIs.
- Experience with DMT and user security.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
