We are seeking an Advanced Odoo Specialist to take ownership of our ERP infrastructure. This is not a data-entry role; it is an architectural role. You will help modernize a Swiss non-profit, ensuring our systems (CRM, Accounting, HR, Project Management) run smoothly to support our humanitarian goals.

• System Architecture: Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, Website).
• Development & Logic: Design and modify workflows to automate internal processes. (Knowledge of Python/XML for Odoo customization is highly valued).
• Quality Assurance: specific debugging, testing, and system maintenance to ensure data integrity and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Web Team and Project Managers to align Odoo with our web platforms.
• Documentation: Create clear documentation for future volunteers and maintain best practices.
• Advanced Odoo Proficiency: You have deep functional knowledge (and ideally technical knowledge) of the Odoo ecosystem (v16/v17/v18).
• Problem Solver: You understand Odoo architecture and can troubleshoot complex issues independently.
