You define the digital workplace roadmap, architecture, and governance standards for tool usage and best practices.
You administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), Azure, and our collaboration platforms.
You develop automation solutions using Power Shell and the Power Platform to streamline and optimize processes.
Solution Design & Implementation: You deploy modern workplace solutions, including device management (Windows, iOS, Android), endpoint security, and A/V technology.
You manage and support Microsoft 365 services and other collaboration platforms.
User Support & Training: You provide 3rd‑level support, troubleshooting, and onboarding assistance for users.
Your profileYou hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experience.
Ideally, you bring at least 3 years of experience in IT support, endpoint engineering, or digital workplace roles; project management experience is a plus.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ), Power Automate, Power Platform, SQL, REST APIs, and API development.
Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL v4 frameworks is an advantage.
You possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
You communicate confidently in English and German.
You enjoy working primarily on-site and value close collaboration with the team.
