Senior Salesforce Administrator

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Manage data imports, migrations, and bulk updates to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup to maintain database health

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with ownership of a Salesforce production environment
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting multiple clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and Apex
• Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, especially with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
