Crypto Wallet Infrastructure Specialist

LSS Project Services is looking for a Crypto Wallet Infrastructure Specialist to oversee, secure and operate the company’s wallet infrastructure across multiple blockchain networks. This role is intended for professionals with deep hands‑on experience managing crypto wallets, private keys and on‑chain operations.

This is not a support or customer‑facing role. You will be responsible for real assets, real security and real operational integrity.

• Manage and maintain company crypto wallets across multiple chains
• Operate hot, warm and cold wallet setups
• Handle wallets such as Meta Mask, Phantom, Electrum and similar
• Manage hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor) and signing workflows
• Execute and monitor on‑chain transactions
• Control access rights, key storage and operational security
• Coordinate wallet activity with trading and operations teams
• Monitor balances, movements and transaction statuses
• Identify and mitigate operational and security risks
• Maintain internal procedures for wallet usage and recovery

• Proven hands‑on experience managing crypto wallets in production
• Strong understanding of private keys, seed phrases and signing
• Experience with hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor)
• Familiarity with Ethereum and other major blockchain networks
• High level of operational discipline and security awareness
• Ability to work with real funds and responsibility
• Crypto‑native mindset and experience
• Professional fluency in English
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate

• This role is not suitable for candidates from traditional banking, custody or compliance backgrounds without direct crypto wallet experience
• Experience must include real on‑chain operations

Base Salary:
200,000–260,000 USD per year

Performance Bonus:
Discretionary, based on reliability and operational excellence
