- Du bearbeitest und löst eigenverantwortlich komplexe technische Probleme (3rd-Level-Support) rund um unsere Softwarelösungen für die Qualitätsoptimierung und das Benchmarking von Mobilfunknetzen. Dabei überwachst und analysierst du Kundenfragen in der R&S Support-Plattform.
- Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Kunden bei technischen Fragen und Problemen. Interne Anliegen verwaltest du über Jira und arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklerteams zusammen, um schnelle und effiziente Lösungen zu erzielen.
- Du testest, dokumentierst und stellst regelmäßig Service Packs für unsere verschiedenen Applikationen bereit.
- Du konzipierst, führst durch, analysierst und dokumentierst Integrationstests, insbesondere im Hinblick auf neue Smartphones und Android-Firmware-Versionen.
