• Understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in Finance and Accounting areas (GL, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Costing, Management Reporting) and conduct “To-be” process mapping, gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification (RICEF list).
• Finalize requirements for each custom development object (RICEF) and prepare functional specifications for the technical team.
• Carry out functional configurations, prepare test scripts, and perform unit and development testing.
• Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and conduct integration testing.
• Plan and provide training to the core team and users.
• Manage master data and cutover data migration/upload.
• Provide post‑go‑live support for user issues.

• SAP Experience – 6 to 9 years
• At least 3 independent end‑to‑end implementation projects handled
• Team handling experience

• Post Graduate / MBA / CA degree
• SAP certification
• Domain experience – 2 to 4 years
• Industry experience – Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

• HANA migration project(s) – 1

• Experience in end‑to‑end onsite implementation projects
• Ability to define an organizational structure suited for business reporting and control requirements
• Process mapping, gap analysis, RICEF identification, KDS finalization
• Handling configurations, providing functional specifications for RICEF, testing, and delivery of designed processes
• Data migration planning and execution
• Training delivery and post‑go‑live support
