Responsibilities- Managing tickets in Service Now
- Providing on site break fix and vendor escort support
- Handling network devices switches routers and servers
- Cable fiber and SFP replacement and troubleshooting
- Rack and stack device replacement and inventory management
- Wireless controller and access point support
- Working closely with offshore teams OEMs and vendors
- Valid permit to work in Switzerland
- Local language (German) and English proficiency
- Availability for 24x7 support
- SLA driven environment SBD and NBD
