Transition Expert

The Role

As a Transition Expert, develop and execute transition and change management plans for project handover. Ensure seamless migration of services, systems, and knowledge to government teams. Establish governance processes for post-transition sustainability. Conduct training, workshops, and documentation for smooth handover. Identify transition risks and mitigation strategies. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment during transition.

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. • 12+ years of experience, at least 4+ years in transition/change management roles in large IT projects.
• MBA (Operations/IT) or
  
  B.Tech/BE with specialization in IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and government service operations.
• Experience in knowledge transfer and service migration.

• ITIL / Prince2 certification.
